Hintergrund zu US-Schein-Provokation im Sued-Chinesischen Meer. 米国はミサイル駆逐艦「ラッセン」を南シナ海で航行させる事に依って、「航 行の自由」と闘う意思を国際社会に示そうとしたようだ。中国政府はこの事を 通じて米国の新たな挑発を感じ、過去に演じられたショーの如く「危険な米国 のゲーム」の様だと「ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙」の記者は書いている。軍 事作戦はオバマ大統領に許可され既に終了したと言われている。米国の軍艦は 南沙諸島の近くをパトロール航行し、その際「12マイル海域」(22km)を航行し た。中国はこの海域の領有権を主張して人工島を建設している。この周辺の島 々は長年に亘って争われている。この海域は台湾、ヴィエトナム、ブルネイ、 マレーシア、フィリピンも領有権を主張している。中国政府は米国の行動を不 法と宣告した。中国外務省の報道官は、「意図的な国際的挑発作戦に反対する 他の国からの断固たる反応」があるだろうと言った。米国防総省のこうした行 動が驚かせているのは、僅か5週間前習近平国家主席の米国訪問の際、アップ ル、フェイスブック、マイクロソフト、アマゾン等米国大手ハイテク企業とIT 企業のボス達が喜んで謁見したばかりだったから。両国は互いに挑発し合って も、米国と中国は相互に依存している。米国のアップルはiPhoneを中国で生産 しているばかりでなく、米国市場よりも多く現地で販売している。中国無しに アップルはアップルでは在りえず、中国が米国国債を買っていなければ米国政 府も破産していた。米国と中国の相互依存はこの様に新聞記事で明らかにされ ている。米国のP3偵察機と中国の軍用機が衝突した事件では、中国機が墜落し 、米軍機は海南島に不時着しなければならなかった。この事件は2001年に起き 、長い間外交に影響を与えた。しばしば沖縄の様なアジア大陸島嶼部に在る米 国海軍の世界基地網に依って、米国は彼等の軍事力をアジア大陸深くまで反映 させている。中国はこの事を挑発と理解している。米ペンタゴンの当局者は中 国を除外したTPP自由貿易協定を「追加の空母より機戦略的により重要」と判 断している。米国は「世界の警察」の役割を将来より一層担えなくなる。しか し中国は英国砲艦に依る植民地化の悪夢を忘れておらず、この屈辱を忘れる事 は決してないだろう、と記者は書いている。記事の終わりは、「中国は米国無 しに、米国は最早中国無しではいられない！！」と締めくくられている。 [WSNH: 日本では安倍メディア(NHK等)が危険な中国のプロパガンダを広めてい る。しかし日本経済は中国に大きく依存し、購買力のある中国人観光客が群が って日本に来ている。安倍政権はこのプロパガンダで国内(沖縄)の米軍基地を 正当化している。更に日本は巨額の資金を米国国債に投資している。しかし緊 急時にナイーブな日本人が米国の援助に頼る事は出来ないのだ。] (出典：2015年10月27日付ベルン紙オンライン版＆スイス公共放送) The USA let the US-warship <USS Lassen> patrol in the South China Sea; they apparently want to show with it to the World-Public that the USA will fight for the <Freedom of Navigation>. The Government in China (PRC) feels once more provoked by the USA with it; that is a <dangerous US-game> as the past shows, wrote the journalist of the <Tages-Anzeiger>. The military operation was authorized by the US- President Obama and it is said to be already finished. The US-warship made a patrol cruise near the Spratly-islands; the US-ship is said to have crossed with it the <Twelve-mile-zone> (22 kilometers). China claims that territory for itself and has built artificial islands there. There is a long-time dispute about the archipelago. Also Taiwan, Vietnam, Brunei, Malaysia and Philippines have made claims for the sea area. The Government in China condemned the US-action as <illegal>. There will be <a resolute reaction against intentionally provoked operations of other countries>, said a spokesperson of the Chinese Foreign Ministry. The US-Pentagon surprised with such an <action>; only five weeks ago, the bosses (CEO's) of the major US-High tech and IT-enterprises, such as Apple, Facebook, Microsoft Amazon etc. flattered the Chinese President Xi Jinping at his US-State visit. Even though the two countries provoke (each other), USA and China are interdependent. US-Apple produces its iPhones not only in China, but it sells there more gadgets than on the US-home market. Without China Apple wouldn't be Apple; the US-Government would be bankrupt if China didn't buy anymore US-Treasuries. The dependency of the USA from China is clearly revealed with it in the newspaper article. An incident between an US-P3-spy aircraft and a Chinese military plane led to the crash of the Chinese plane and the US-plane had to make an emergency landing on the island Hainan. That happened in the year 2001 and it caused a long diplomatic repercussion. With the world-wide network of US-navy bases, often on islands (e.g. Okinawa), which are upstream of Asia, the USA reflect their military power deep into the Asian continent. China understands that as provocation. US-representatives of the Pentagon judge the TPP-Free Trade Agreement, which <excludes China>, as <strategically more important than an additional aircraft carrier>. In future, the USA can afford less and less to play the role of the <World-policeman>. China however hasn't forgotten the <Trauma> (shock) of the colonization by the British gunboats; it won't forget that humiliation at all, wrote the journalist. Das US-Kriegs-Schiff fuehrte eine Patrouillen-Fahrt nahe der Spratly-Inseln durch; das US-Schiff sei dabei durch die <Zwoelf-Meilen-Zone> (22 Kilometer) gefahren. China beansprucht dieses Gebiet fuer sich und baut dort kuenstliche Inseln. Es besteht ein lang-jaehriger Streit um die Insel-Gruppe. Auf das See-Gebiet erheben ebenfalls Taiwan, Vietnam, Brunei, Malaysia und die Philippinen Anspruch. Die Regierung in China verurteilte das US-Vorgehen als <illegal>. Es werde <entschlossen auf absichtlich provozierte Aktionen anderer Laender reagiert>, sagte ein Sprecher des chinesischen Aussen- Ministeriums. Das US-Pentagon erstaunt mit dieser <Aktion>; vor nur fuenf Wochen, haben die Bosse (CEO's) der grossen US-High tech und IT- Unternehmen, wie Apple, Facebook, Microsoft Amazon etc. den chinesischen Praesidenten Xi Jinping bei seinem US-Staatsbesuch umschwaermt. Obwohl die beiden Laender (gegenseitig) provozieren, sind die USA & China voneinander abhaengig. US-Apple produziert seine iPhones nicht nur in China, sondern es verkauft dort mehr Geraete als auf dem US-Heim-Markt. Ohne China waere Apple nicht Apple; die US- Regierung waere bankrott, wenn China keine US-Staats-Anleihen (US- Treasuries) mehr kaufen wuerde. Die Abhaengigkeit der USA von China wird damit deutlich gezeigt im Zeitungs-Artikel. Ein Zwischenfall zwischen einem US-P3-Abhoer-Flugzeug und einem chinesischen Militaer- Flugzeug fuehrte zum Absturz des chinesischen Flugzeugs und das US- Flugzeug musste auf der Insel Hainan notlanden. Dies passierte im Jahr 2001 und es gab ein langes diplomatisches Nachspiel. Mit dem welt- weiten Netz von US-Marine-Stuetz-Punkten, oft auf Inseln (z.B. Okinawa), welche Asien vorgelagert sind, spiegelt die USA ihre militaerische Macht tief in den asiatischen Kontinent rein. China versteht dies als Provokation. US-Vertreter des Pentagon beurteilen das TPP-Freihandels-Abkommen, welches <China ausschliesst>, als <strategisch wichtiger als einen zusaetzlichen Flugzeug-Traeger>. Die USA koennen sich die Rolle des <Welt-Polizisten> inskuenftig zunehmend weniger leisten. China jedoch hat das <Trauma> der Kolonisierung durch britische Kanonen-Boote nicht vergessen; es will diese Demuetigung gar nicht vergessen, schreibt der Journalist.
