(Wed. 11.05.2016 Smi) Swatch Group: Innovationen anstatt Personal-Abbau. 時計製造会社「スウォッチ・グループ」の株主総会で、ナイラ・ハイエック 取締役会長が、困難な事業環境ではあっても他社がした様な人員削減をする 意図は全く無いと宣言した！強いスイスフラン(高価)はスイスに在る多くの 企業を厳しい経営環境に置いている重要な要因と言われている。それ故「ス ウォッチ」は研究開発に集中している。スイス産業の強みはスイスで自社製 品を生産する事だった。研究、開発、生産が共に協力した場合が最も効果的。 スウォッチ・グループは昨年200件近い特許を新たに申請した。スウォッチの ニック・ハイエック最高経営責任者(CEO)は技術力が同社の力の源泉と説明し た。同CEOによると、スウォッチは近々大手自動車メーカーと契約を結ぶ。同 社の株主総会は挙手で採決される。「地方自治体」で行われていた公開採決 はスイスの長い伝統だ。しかし今回初めて電子投票が1回行われた。人員削減 についてナイラ・ハイエック会長の言葉を引用すると「そして過去に一部の 競合他社が行った様な、厳しい時代の人員削減は我々の議題には全く無い。 我々は家族、困難な時でも全ての社員、管理職、取締役が家族の様に団結を 維持する。」(出典：2016年5月11日付ブリック紙オンライン版 & 金融経済紙 オンライン版) At the General Assembly of the Swiss watch manufacturer "Swatch Group", the Chair-Woman Mrs. Nayla Hayek declared that despite of the actual difficult business development, there was no intention to reduce staff as some companies did it! The strong (expensive) Swiss currency (CHF) was said to be an important reason for the difficult situation of many enterprises in Switzerland. "Swatch" is therefore focused on the research and development; the strength of the Swiss industry is that it manufactures its products in Switzerland too. If research, development and production collaborate together, then this is the most effective. "Swatch Group" has filed nearly 200 new patents last year; Swatch-CEO Mr. Nick Hayek described the technology as the strength of the group. According to CEO, "Swatch" will soon sign a contract with a major car manufacturer. At the General Assembly, voting takes places by hand-lifting; open voting has a long tradition in Switzerland for example at the "Landsgemeinde" (public open political voting open-air). For the first time, however a single vote was taken electronically. Regarding to (possible) job cuts, the Chair- Woman Mrs. Nayla Hayek said literally quote: "and as in the past, the reduction of staff in critical times is simply not on the agenda as it has been with some of our competitors. We are a family and as such, we remain united, also in difficult times, all employees, management and board members." An der Generalversammlung des Schweizer Uhren-Herstellers "Swatch Group" sagte VR-Praesidentin (Chair-Woman) Nayla Hayek, es bestehe trotz dem schwierigen Geschaeftsverlauf, keine Absicht Personal abzubauen, wie diese einige Unternehmen taeten! Der starke (teure) Schweizer Franken (CHF) sei ein wichtiger Grund fuer die schwierige Lage vieler Unternehmen in der Schweiz. "Swatch" konzentriert sich deshalb auf die Forschung und Entwicklung; die Staerke der Schweizer Industrie sei, dass sie ihre Produkte ebenfalls in der Schweiz herstelle. Wenn Forschung, Entwicklung & Produktion gemeinsam zusammen arbeiteten, sei dies am wirkungsvollsten. "Swatch Group" hat im letzten Jahr beinahe 200 neue Patente angemeldet; Swatch-CEO Nick Hayek bezeichnete die Technologie als Staerke des Konzerns. Laut dem CEO wird "Swatch" bald einen Vertrag mit einem grossen Auto-Hersteller unterzeichnen. An der Generalversammlung wird mit Hand-Heben abgestimmt; offene Abstimmungen beispielsweise bei "Lands-Gemeinden" haetten in der Schweiz Tradition. Erstmals erfolgte jedoch eine einzelne Abstimmung elektronisch.
