(Thu. 02.06.2016 Smi) 2016年6月1日新しいゴッタルド基底鉄道トンネルが祝賀ムードの中、ドイツ のアンゲラ・メルケル首相、フランスのオランド大統領、イタリアのマッテオ ・レンツィ首相、そして新任のオーストリアのクリスティアン・ケルン首相他 大勢の政治家、ジャーナリストが全世界から参列して開通した。17年の建設期 間を経てこの程世界最長の鉄道トンネルが開通した。全長57.1kmのゴッタルド トンネルはこれまで世界最長だった53.9kmの青函トンネルに取って代わった。 ゴッタルドトンネルの建設費はおよそ125億スイスフラン(約115億ユーロ)で、 スイスが単独で資金調達した。ゴッタルドトンネルはヨーロッパ各国からスイ スの「技術の芸術」と称賛された。建設費は予算内で収め、工期も予定より1 年も早く完了させた。諸外国の報道は「スイスの専門家意識」と称賛した。こ の工事は、外国では時代遅れと見做されている世界で唯一の「スイスの直接民 主制」が実現した。2016年12月中の時刻表の変更から、1日最大250の貨物列車 と65の客車が最高毎時200Kmでトンネル内を通る。ゴッタルドトンネルはロッ テルダムからジェノヴァまでの貨物輸送の「ライン・アルペン回廊」の一部。 ドイツの報道は「自己批判」の論調で、ドイツは新ベルリン空港、エルプフィ ルハーモニー・ハンブルク、あるいは「シュトゥットガルト21」の鉄道計画の 様な大規模計画を期限内に予算の範囲内で建設する能力が無いのかと自問した ！！今後更に3,000回の試験運転の後12月に完全に開通する。(出典：2016年6 月1日付ノイエ・ツガー・ツァイトゥング紙オンライン版＆その他オンライン 情報) http://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-36416506 The ceremonial inauguration of the new Gotthard Base railway tunnel on June 1, 2016 was attended by the German Chancellor Angela Merkel, the French President Francois Hollande, the Italian Premier Minister Matteo Renzi and the (new) Austrian Chancellor Christian Kern and other politicians and journalists from around the world. After a construction period of 17 years, the now longest railway tunnel of the world had been opened; the 57,1 kilometers long Gotthard tunnel replaces hereby the "Seikan Tunnel" with a length of 53,9 km as the so far longest railway tunnel worldwide. The Gotthard tunnel cost around 12,5 billion Swiss Francs (CHF) (about 11,5 billion Euros), funded by Switzerland. The Gotthard tunnel was praised by Europe as a masterpiece of the Swiss "art of engineering"; the costs remained within the budget and the Gotthard tunnel was completed even one year earlier than planned. Foreign newspaper comments admired the "Swiss professionalism"; the project is based on the globally unique "Swiss direct democracy", which is often considered to be "outdated" in abroad. From the timetable change in December 2016, up to 250 freight trains and 65 passenger trains can cross the tunnel daily at a rate of up to 200 km/h. The Gotthard tunnel is part of the "Rhine-Alpine- Corridor" for the cargo transport on the rails from Rotterdam to Genoa. German media did "self-criticism" and wondered whether the Germans are "not capable" to build large-scale projects such as the new "Berlin Airport BER", the Hamburg "Elbe-Philharmonic Hall" or the rail project "Stuttgart 21" in due time and within the budget!! After 3,000 more test runs, the Gotthard tunnel will be finally released for the regular traffic in December. Die feierliche Eroeffnung des neuen Gotthard-Basis-Eisenbahn-Tunnels am 1. Juni 2016 erfolgte im Beisein der deutschen Bundeskanzlerin Angela Merkel, des franzoesischen Praesidenten Francois Hollande, des italienischen Premier-Ministers Matteo Renzi und des (neuen) oesterreichischen Bundeskanzlers Christian Kern sowie weiteren Politikern und Journalisten aus aller Welt. Nach einer Bauzeit von 17 Jahren wurde der jetzt laengste Eisenbahn-Tunnel der Welt eroeffnet; der 57,1 km lange Gotthard-Tunnel loest damit den "Seikan-Tunnel" mit 53,9 km als bisher laengsten Eisenbahn-Tunnel weltweit ab. Der Gotthard-Tunnel kostete rund 12,5 Mrd. Schweizer Franken (CHF) (zirka 11,5 Mrd. Euro) und wurde durch die Schweiz finanziert. Der Gotthard- Tunnel wurde von Europa als Meisterwerk der Schweizer "Ingenieurs- Kunst" gelobt; die Kosten blieben im Rahmen des Budget und der Gotthard-Tunnel wurde sogar noch 1 Jahr frueher als geplant fertiggestellt. Die auslaendischen Zeitungs-Kommentare bewundern die "Schweizer Professionalitaet"; das Projekt basiert auf der weltweit einmaligen "direkten Schweizer Demokratie", welche im Ausland oft als "veraltet" betrachtet wird. Ab dem Fahrplan-Wechsel im Dezember 2016 koennen bis zu 250 Gueterzuege & 65 Personen- Zuege taeglich mit einer Geschwindigkeit von bis 200 km/h den Tunnel durchqueren. Der Gotthard- Tunnel ist teil des "Rhein-Alpen-Korridor" (Rhine-Alpine-Corridor) fuer den Gueter-Transport auf der Eisenbahn von Rotterdam bis Genua. Deutsche Medien ueben "Selbst-Kritik" und fragen sich, ob die Deutschen "nicht faehig seien", Gross-Projekte wie zum Beispiel den neuen Berliner Flughafen BER, die Hamburger "Elb-Philharmonie" oder das Bahn-Projekt "Stuttgart 21" fristgerecht und im Rahmen des Budget zu bauen!!
