(Mon. 11.07.2016 Smi) 日本では参議院選挙改選が「テレビの主題にならない」と新聞記事の見出しに 書かれた。日本のテレビ局(NHK等)は選挙戦を可なり付随的な事柄の様に扱い、 視聴者の関心は薄いと報じた。投票日(2016年7月10)はNHK自ら主要ニュースで 投票日の投票を呼び掛けず、今日は「納豆の日」と言った！日本の野党は、安 倍晋三が選挙間際の通常のテレビ討論を避けた事に抗議した。日刊紙の東京新 聞は安倍晋三首相が報道機関への圧力を行使して「エーテル(電波)」を支配し ていると主張さえした。更にテレビ局は他の政治番組でも野党に関する報道と 特に憲法改正についても話題にすることを避けたと報じられた。これは安倍晋 三の最重要の個人的関心事と見做されているのだが、日本国民は強く反対して いる。安倍総理の異論の多い全ての争点は選挙運動では語られなかった。安倍 の日本経済復活政策アベノミクスは殆どの専門家の意見では「失敗」している が、安倍氏は更に一段上に進める約束をした。日本国民への贈物として消費税 引き上げは延期された。安倍晋三は選挙前は「年金スキャンダル」に触れよう とせず、2016年3月末の会計年度の国民年金基金運用成績は異例に遅く、全く 偶然では無い選挙終了後の7月末になってはじめて発表される、とスイスの高 級紙NZZ紙は書いた。最早秘密では無くなっている年金基金の損失は5兆円以上 に膨らんでいる！！安倍首相は、沖縄・北方担当大臣島尻安伊子が議席を失い 沖縄で大敗北を喫した。自民党の法務大臣も又議席を失った！しかし自民党の 安倍は選挙で信任を得たと考えている。(出典：2016年7月10日&11日付南ドイ ツ紙オンライン版&ターゲス・アンツァイガー紙) "Elections are no issue at the TV", that was the headline to the newspaper article about the partial elections to the Upper House (Sangiin) in Japan. Japan's television stations (e.g. NHK) treated the election campaign rather as a negligibility; it was reported that the audience interest was low. On election day (July 10, 2016) "NHK" itself reported on the main news, today is "Natto no Hi" (Day of Natto) without referring to the election day and the casting of votes! Japan's opposition complained that Abe Shinzo did refuse them the normal TV discussion (TV-Debate) ahead of the elections. The newspaper "Tokyo Shimbun", an independent daily Japanese newspaper even claimed that Premier Abe Shinzo was putting pressure on the media, and that he controled the "ether" (TV & Radio). Besides, it was reported that television stations avoided to talk about the subjects of the opposition also in their other political programs, especially about the constitutional amendment. The constitution is regarded as the most important personal concern of Abe Shinzo, about that, there is however a great resistance in the Japanese population. All controversial issues were not addressed by Premier Abe during the election campaign. "Abenomics", Abe's program for the rehabilitation of the Japanese economy, which has "failed" in the opinion of most experts, Abe-san promised to "turn it up one level higher". As a "gift" to the Japanese, he has postponed the increase of the value-added tax (VAT) again. Abe-san wanted no (more) "pension scandal" before the elections, therefore, the result (accounts) of Japan's state pension system funds (GPIF) for the fiscal year ending by March 2016, will be published unusually late and not entirely by chance only the end of July and thus after the elections, wrote the well-known Swiss newspaper NZZ. It is no longer a secret that the "Fund" has suffered a loss of more than 5 trillion Yen! The LDP of Premier Abe suffered however in Okinawa a significant setback; Shimajiri Aiko, Minister for Okinawa lost her parliamentary seat. The LDP-Justice Minister was also deselected! Japans TV-Stationen (z.B. NHK) behandelten den Wahlkampf eher als Nebensaechlichkeit; es wurde berichtet das Zuschauer-Interesse sei gering. Am Wahltag (10. Juli 2016) selber berichtete "NHK" in den Haupt-Nachrichten, heute sei "Natto no Hi" (Tag des Natto) ohne auf den Wahltag und die Stimmabgabe hinzuweisen! Japan's Opposition klagte, Abe Shinzo habe ihr die uebliche TV-Diskussion (TV-Debate) kurz vor den Wahlen verweigert. Die unabhaengige japanische Tageszeitung "Tokyo Shimbun" behauptete sogar, Premier Abe Shinzo uebe Druck auf die Medien aus und er beherrsche den "Aether" (TV & Radio). Zudem wurde berichtet die TV-Stationen vermieden es ueber die Themen der Opposition, auch in ihren uebrigen politischen Programmen zu sprechen, insbesondere ueber die Verfassungs-Aenderung. Sie gilt als das wichtigste persoenliche Anliegen von Abe Shinzo, dazu gibt es jedoch in der japanischen Bevoelkerung einen grossen Widerstand. Alle umstrittenen Themen wurden von Premier Abe im Wahlkampf nicht angesprochen. "Abenomics", Abe's Programm zur Sanierung der japanischen Wirtschaft, welches nach Meinung der meisten Experten "gescheitert" ist, versprach Abe-san "eine Stufe hoeher zuschalten". Als "Geschenk" an die Japaner hat er die Erhoehung der Mehrwert- Steuer (VAT) erneut verschoben. Abe Shinzo wollte vor der Wahl keinen "Pensions-Skandal", deshalb wird das Result des staatlichen Pensions- Anlage-Fonds fuer das Geschaeftsjahr per Ende Maerz 2016, ungewoehnlich spaet und nicht ganz zufaellig erst Ende Juli und somit nach der Wahl veroeffentlicht, schreibt die angesehene Schweizer Zeitung NZZ. Es sei schon kein Geheimnis mehr, dass der "Fonds" einen Verlust von mehr als 5 Bio. Yen erlitten habe!! Die LDP von Premier Abe erlitt jedoch in Okinawa eine deutliche Abfuhr; Shimajiri Aiko, Minister fuer Okinawa verloren ihren Parlaments-Sitz. Der LDP-Justiz- Minister wurde ebenfalls abgewaehlt! LDP-Abe erachtet den Wahlsieg jedoch als Zustimmung fuer seine Politik.
