(Thu. 21.06.2018) Luftraum in Europa ueberlastet, mehr Verspaetungen. 「連邦民間航空局(Bazl)」が欧州空域に過剰な負荷がかかっていると警告して いる。異常気象の発生（雷雨、暴風雨、寒風等）と航空管制官のストライキが ヨーロッパで飛行中止と遅延に繋がっており、スイスもこの影響を被っている。 しかしこれらは航空業会の大きな不安材料では無く、主要な問題はヨーロッパ 空域の過密だ。欧州領域で交通量が増加し、予想を遙かに超えていると「Bazl」 は言う。航空交通管制機関の「欧州航空航法安全機構」によると、15分以上の 遅れが常態化する可能性が有る。解決策は、空港が拡張計画を強化しても充分 ではない。欧州空域の定時性が脅かされており、この問題は今後更に深刻化す る可能性が有る。欧州の航空管制官は、年間1,100万便を管制しており、これは 1日当たり約3万便。2024年にはおよそ1,130万便になりそうだ。2040年までにこ の数は半分近い年1,620万便に増加する、とユーロコントロールは予想する。 スイスでは推定によると1日およそ1,000便以上増える。ユーロコントロールに 依ると、この数字は航空部門が対策を講じない限り、慢性的に混雑する空港の 数が2040年までに大幅に増加しそうだ。脆弱な空港は、ミュンヘン、デュッセ ルドルフ、ミラノ。スイスでも特にツューリッヒとジュネーヴで収容能力に不 安がある。 The "Federal Office of Civil Aviation" (Bazl) warns that the airspace in Europe is overloaded. Extreme weather incidents (Thunderstorms, Storm, Wind etc.) and air traffic controller strikes led to flight cancellations and delays in Europe; Switzerland was affected as well. However, this is not the biggest concern of the aviation industry; the main problem is the congested airspace in Europe. On the European level, there is a traffic increase that is much stronger than expected, says the Swiss "Bazl". According to the air traffic control association "Eurocontrol", delays of more than 15 minutes may become the normal case. A solution could be, if the airports would intensify their expansion plans, but not even that would be sufficient. Punctuality in the airspace in Europe is threatened; the problem may get worse in the next few years. Air traffic controllers monitor 11 Mio. flights a year in Europe; these are around 30,000 per day. In 2024, it will be 11.3 Mio. By 2040, the number will increase by about half to 16.2 Mio. flights per year, estimates Eurocontrol. According to estimates, in Switzerland there will be around 1,000 more flights per day. As per Eurocontrol, the number of permanently congested airports will increase significantly by 2040, unless the aviation sector reacts. Vulnerable airports are Munich, Duesseldorf or Milan. Switzerland also worries about its capacity, especially in Zurich and Geneva. Das "Bundesamt fuer Zivil-Luftfahrt" (Bazl) warnt, dass der Luftraum in Europa ueberlastet sei. Dies ist jedoch nicht die groesste Sorge der Luftfahrt-Industrie; das Haupt-Problem ist der ueberlastete Luftraum in Europa. Auf europaeischer Ebene gibt es eine Verkehrs-Zunahme, die viel staerker ist als erwartet, sagt das Schweizer "Bazl". Laut dem Flugsicherungs- Verband "Eurocontrol" duerften Verspaetungen von mehr als 15 Minuten der Normalfall werden. Eine Loesung koennte sein, wenn die Flughaefen ihre Ausbau-Plaene intensivieren wuerden, doch nicht einmal dies sei ausreichend. Die Puenktlichkeit im Luftraum in Europa ist bedroht; das Problem duerfte sich in den naechsten Jahren verschaerfen. Die Fluglotsen beaufsichtigen in Europa 11 Mio. Fluege im Jahr; dies sind rund 30'000 pro Tag. Im Jahr 2024 werden es 11,3 Mio. sein. Bis im Jahr 2040 nimmt die Anzahl um zirka die Haelfte auf 16,2 Mio. Fluege pro Jahr zu, schaetzt "Eurocontrol". In der Schweiz werden es laut Schaetzungen rund 1'000 Fluege mehr pro Tag werden. Laut "Eurocontrol" werde die Zahl der dauerhaft ueberlasteten Flughaefen bis 2040 deutlich steigen, sofern der Luftfahrt-Sektor nicht reagiert. Gefaehrdete Flughaefen seien Muenchen, Duesseldorf oder Mailand. Auch in der Schweiz sorgt man sich wegen der Kapazitaet, insbesondere in Zuerich und Genf.
