(Thu. 06.09.2018) ソーシャル・ネットワークの「インター・ネーション」が、「エクスパット・ インサイダー2018（海外駐在員の目を通した世界）」という指標を発表した。 スイスは外国人(駐在員)にとって、職場や居住地として不人気になってきたよ うだ。2014年スイスは未だ4位だったが、現在は44位で、2017年と比べて17位 も順位を下げた。この指標は18,000人の評価を基にしており、その内スイスか らは1,000人が参加した。特に低い評価はスイス社会への同化だった。「イン ター・ネーション」は、外国人に様々な問題について質問した。ニュージーラ ンドの若い女性は、「スイスの人はとても控えめで閉鎖的」と言った。或るフ ランス人女性は、スイス人女性と接触を図るのが難しいという経験をした。駐 在員の53％は、スイスでは主に他の駐在員とのみ交友関係を築いている。この 値は世界的に見るとわずか34％。「家族生活」の部門でもスイスは評価が下っ て、理由は二つある。託児所を利用出来る機会が極めて少なく、その費用が高 い事。しかし、生活水準、高い医療と教育水準はスイスの外国人に評価されて いる。41歳の英国人ITエキスパートのアンディー・ピープルは7年以上住んで、 住むにはここは「世界最高の場所」と確信している。彼は他の駐在員の批判が 理解出来ない！2018年の駐在員に人気の「上位10位」は、1位がバーレーン、2 位が台湾、3位がエクアドール、4位がメキシコ、5位がシンガポール、6位がポ ルトガル、7位がコスタリカ、8位がスペイン、9位がコロンビア、10位がチェ コ。日本は42位で、韓国は41位、スイスは44位。 [WSNH: 駐在員は彼等の世界 に住み、スイス人とは接触したがらない、とは良く言われている。] "InterNations", a social network, published the "Expat Insider 2018" (The World Through Expat Eyes). It seems that Switzerland is becoming increasingly unpopular for foreigners (Expats) as a place of work and residence. In 2014, Switzerland was still ranked as No. 4, now it is ranked as No. 44; that is compared to 2017, 17 ranks lower. The index is based on assessments of 18,000 participants, of which 1,000 are from Switzerland. There was a particularly bad score in the category social integration for Switzerland. InterNations asked the foreigners on various topics. A younger woman from New Zealand said: "The people (Swiss) are very reserved and closed". A Frenchwoman had the experience that it is difficult to get in contact with Swiss. 53% of the surveyed Expats in Switzerland have mainly become friends only with other Expats. Worldwide, this value is only 34%. In the category family life, Switzerland also fell behind in the index; for two reasons, the poor availability of child care places and their high cost. The quality of life, the high quality of health care and the schools are appreciated yet by the foreigners in Switzerland. The 41- year-old Briton Andy Peaple, an IT-expert who has been living here for more than 7 years, is convinced that he lives in the "Best Place in the World." He can not understand the criticism of other Expats! The TOP 10, most popular Countries for Expats in 2018 are: 1. Bahrain, 2. Taiwan, 3. Ecuador, 4. Mexico, 5. Singapore, 6. Portugal, 7. Costa Rica, 8. Spain, 9. Colombia and 10. Czech Republic. Japan is ranked as No. 42, South Korea as No. 41, and Switzerland as No. 44. Im Jahr 2014 war die Schweiz noch auf Rang No. 4, jetzt befindet sie sich auf Rang No. 44; gegenueber 2017 sind es 17 Plaetze weniger. Der Index basiert auf Beurteilungen von 18'000 Teilnehmern, davon sind 1'000 aus der Schweiz. Eine besonders schlechte Bewertung gab es bei der sozialen Integration fuer die Schweiz. "InterNations" befragte die Auslaender zu verschiedenen Themen. Eine juengere Frau aus Neuseeland sagte: "Die Menschen (Schweizer) sind sehr reserviert und verschlossen". Eine Franzoesin machte die Erfahrung, dass es schwierig sei, mit Schweizerin in Kontakt zu kommen. 53% der befragten Expats in der Schweiz sind hauptsaechlich nur mit anderen Expats befreundet. Weltweit liegt dieser Wert nur bei 34%. In der Kategorie "Familienleben" fiel die Schweiz im Index auch zurueck; dafuer zwei Gruende genannt, die schlechte Verfuegbarkeit von Kinderbetreuungs-Plaetzen und deren hohe Kosten. Die Lebens-Qualitaet, die hohe Qualitaet des Gesundheits- Wesens und der Schulen wird aber von den Auslaendern in der Schweiz geschaetzt. Der 41-jaehrige Brite Andy Peaple, ein IT-Experte lebt seit mehr als 7 Jahren hier und ist ueberzeugt am "Besten Ort der Welt" zu leben". Die Kritik von anderen Expats kann er nicht verstehen! Die "TOP 10", beliebtesten Laender fuer Expats im 2018 sind: 1. Bahrain, 2. Taiwan, 3. Ecuador, 4. Mexiko, 5. Singapur, 6. Portugal, 7. Costa Rica, 8. Spanien, 9. Kolumbien und 10. Tschechien.
