Brand bei Elektro-Autos (EV): Grosses Risiko in Tiefgarage. 「連邦道路局（Astra）」が委託した調査によると、電気自動車の電池が燃え ると、非常に有害な物質が放出されることが明らかにされた。この為、特に不 十分な換気装置のガレージでは、人々への危険が増す。適切な設備を備えた道 路トンネルは、強力な換気システムのお陰で、電気自動車の火災の際に発生す る有害物質を散逸させる事が出来る。しかし換気の悪い地下駐車場に新たなリ スクが存在する。電気自動車の充電ステーションは、通り風のそばのような、 しばしば地下駐車場の不便な場所に設置されている、と調査の責任者は言う。 電池火災が発生した場合、有毒ガスと煙が地下駐車場に充満して、人間にとっ て危険臨界値を超える可能性が有る。「スイスE-モビリティー協会」はこの調 査結果を非常に深刻に受け止めている。しかし今日まで充電ステーションでの 電気自動車の火災は報告されていない。自動車火災は珍しい事ではなく、保険 会社「アリアンツ・スイス」と「ツューリッヒ」は、年間およそ400件から550 件の車両火災と煙の発生による損害報告を登録している。しかし、電気自動車 の火災が通常の自動車より頻発するという証拠はない。Astraの国際調プロジ ェクトは、トンネル内の電池火災の影響を追跡調査した。調査の報告書は「電 動移動とトンネルの安全性、電気自動車火災の危険」に掲載された。専門家は 、換気が不十分な地下駐車場への対応の必要性があると見ている。道路トンネ ルではその様な出来事への対応は整えられている。 A study commissioned by the "Federal Roads Office (Astra)" shows that when the battery burns in electric vehicles (EV) very toxic substances are released. The danger to people in garages is thereby increased, especially in the case of an unfavorable ventilation situation. Road tunnels, with the correct equipment, can dissipate the pollutants that escape during the fire of an electric car, thanks to powerful ventilation systems. However, there are new risks in underground garages, which are badly ventilated. The charging stations for electric vehicles are often not conveniently placed in underground garages, e.g. near draft, the study director said. In the event of a battery fire, the toxic gases and fumes would be channeled into the underground car park; critical threshold values for humans could be exceeded. The "Association Swiss E-Mobility" takes the result of the study "very serious". To date, however, no fire of an electric car at a charging station in Switzerland is known. Car fires are not uncommon; the insurance companies "Allianz Suisse" and "Zurich" register approximately 400 to 550 damage reports each year due to vehicle fires and smoke development. However, there is no evidence that EV-vehicles catch more often fire than ordinary cars. An international research project of Astra has investigated the consequences of battery fires in a tunnel; the result of the study was published in the report "Electric Mobility and Road Tunnel Safety, Hazards of Electric Vehicle Fires". Specialists see a need for action in poorly ventilated underground garages. Road tunnels are however already prepared for such events. Eine Studie im Auftrag des "Bundesamts fuer Strassen (Astra)" zeigt, dass beim Brand der Batterie bei Elektro-Fahrzeugen (EV) sehr giftige Substanzen freigesetzt werden. Die Gefaehrdung von Personen wird in Garagen dadurch erhoeht, insbesondere bei einer unguenstigen Lueftungs-Situation. Strassen-Tunnels, mit korrekter Ausruestung, koennen die Schadstoffe, welche beim Brand eines Elektro-Autos austreten, dank leistungsfaehiger Entlueftungs-Anlagen abfuehren. Es entstehen jedoch neue Risiken in Tiefgaragen, welche schlecht belueftet sind. Die Lade-Stationen fuer Elektro-Fahrzeuge sind in Tiefgaragen oft nicht guenstig platziert, z.B. in der Naehe von Zugluft, sagte der Studienleiter. Bei einem Batterie-Brand wuerden die giftigen Gase und Daempfe in die Tiefgarage geleitet; kritische Schwellen-Werte fuer Menschen koennten ueberschritten werden. Der "Verband Swiss E-Mobility" nimmt das Resultat der Studie "sehr ernst". Bis heute sei aber kein Brandfall eines Elektro-Autos an einer Lade- Station in der Schweiz bekannt. Auto-Braende sind bekanntlich keine Seltenheit; die Versicherungen "Allianz Suisse" und "Zurich" registrieren zirka je 400 bis 550 Schadens-Meldungen durch Fahrzeug- Braende und Rauch-Entwicklung pro Jahr. Es gibt jedoch keine Hinweise, dass EV-Fahrzeuge haeufiger in Brand geraten als gewoehnliche Autos. Ein internationales Forschungs-Projekt der Astra hat die Folgen von Batterie-Braenden in einem Tunnel untersucht; das Resultat der Studie wurde im Bericht "Elektromobilitaet und Tunnelsicherheit, Gefaehrdungen durch Elektrofahrzeug-Braende" publiziert. Die Spezialisten sehen Handlungsbedarf in schlecht beluefteten Tiefgaragen. Fuer solche Ereignisse sind Strassen-Tunnels aber schon vorbereitet.
